Management

Founder and solicitor Nita Maru has a British law degree, and is a Member of The Law Society in the UK. With 14 years of experience in senior legal positions, including 5 in the UAE, Nita has authored several articles and essays on asset and wealth protection. Her focus is on safeguarding families, children, and heirs under succession and inheritance laws in Sharia jurisdictions. She holds a speciality license from the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department for writing wills, and has a well-established working relationship with the Dubai Courts. Her services are regularly recommended by consulates and embassies in the UAE.

Nita is also the first female lawyer invited to be a member of the exclusive Entrepreneurs Organisation in the UAE and is highly regarded within the Chapter.

Director Mark Nierada is a solicitor, and a trust and estate practitioner (TEP) specialising in estate and succession planning for individuals and companies – with particular reference to trusts, Sharia and fixed succession issues, and transfers to offshore structures. He has a post graduate law degree from the University of the West of England, and has over 25 years of experience gained in the UK and the UAE. He is a member of the British Institute of International & Comparative Law (BIICL).

Sharia Advisor and Court Liaison Officer Manal Nurredin has wide-ranging experience dealing with Sharia inheritance and succession issues in the UAE, Morocco, and her native Sudan. The tri-lingual consultant has an MA in Public Law, and is working on her doctoral thesis for a PhD in Constitutional Law. She has built an excellent rapport with local judges and various court authorities in Dubai.
