We are a law firm in the UAE that specialises in all aspects of writing wills and succession planning. Forming our core competency, we ensure that every will is carefully tailored to each client’s specific needs, wishes, situations, and circumstances.
As a parallel service, we have recently introduced our in-house trust management company. We can create bespoke trusts tailored to the client’s needs. Trusts are formed with the principal intention of matching your expressed intentions concerning property, wealth or other assets.
We also offer comprehensive estate and asset planning services that are designed to eliminate uncertainties, maximise the value of the estate, and safeguard the interests of your heirs, inheritors, and future generations.
As the first law firm to be licensed in the UAE for this specific purpose, we have defined the benchmark in will-drafting and succession planning services, and constantly persevere to protect the interests of our clients by incorporating best practices across all our operations.
Our teams are well versed with the nuances of Sharia law, prevailing rules and regulations, and the technicality of drafting legal documents. As such, we cater to expatriates of all nationalities residing in the UAE, including Emiratis, business owners, and families of mixed marriages.
Our portfolio includes satisfied clients from Dubai Government entities, international businesses, local firms and banks. Our mission, quite simply, is to provide peace of mind to our clients and protection for their families.
