Bharth Charath is an Indian qualified lawyer and holds a Bachelor of Commerce/ Bachelor of Law from Punjab University, India. He is a Member of the Bar Council of India.
While Bharth is well-versed in many areas of UAE/ Indian law, his practice primarily focuses on Immigration, Second Citizenship, Company Formation (both onshore and offshore jurisdictions). He has extensive and solid experience in Corporate Migration and Second Citizenship by Investment/Residency by Investment having handled many applications with great success. Bharth has also successfully co-authorized “Corporate Immigration Review” Edition 9th and 10th highlighting the development in immigration policies.
He is also specialized in drafting corporate agreements relating to company formation including Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association and Shareholder’s Agreements, SPA’s and Joint Venture Agreements. He drafts documentation for buying and selling property in the UAE and handles conveyancing/property matters.
His practice areas also include drafting Wills, Estate Planning, advising families on inheritance matters and Employment law in the UAE. Bharth speaks fluent English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
