He is adept at drafting Settlement Agreements and takes the time to understand his clients’ circumstances, offering tailored advice based on their specific situation and legal rights, both in their home country and in the UAE.
Wills and Estate Inheritance are key practice areas for Shan. He specialises in DIFC Will drafting and has overseen the registration of a large number of Wills through the DIFC Courts Wills Service.
Shan’s extensive experience also extends to both amicable and non-amicable Divorces, demonstrating a compassionate and sensitive approach to all clients. His commitment to listening and providing clear guidance ensures clients navigate their legal challenges with confidence.
